From the Rangers to the ground
Eight years in service as a Deputy Superintendent and Legal Officer with the Rangers. Early retirement, and a start in business with family land and no shortcuts. The first scheme — Al Haider City in Raman Town — was planned, developed and sold end to end. Fifteen more followed.

- No. This is the most common misconception. Malik Faisal Nadeem is the sole owner of Al Maroof Developers & Builders, Al Maroof Motors and Al Maroof Traders. There are no silent partners.
- Do you develop outside Bahawalpur?
- Not yet. All current activity is in Bahawalpur, with plans to expand to Lahore and Islamabad, and possibly Karachi.
